I'm author of program
Peptide Calculator running on this server. The adventage is it ability to work with polymeric building blocks such as polyethylene glycols. It has also output formats which facilitate description of experiments in LaTeX and Open Office Writer (I guess that it may probably work even with Word program). I have also coded the TLC-reader, the OpenSource Linux application for Image Analyses. Its version 0.2 is available on E-mail request. The application was developed for linux RedHat 7.3 and on other platforms, the installation of further libraries should be performed. It was successfully applied for
electrophoretic quantitative analyses. Monitoring of PC-Cluster load was also developed and is available as
NetView.
